I stayed in a double room and it was super clean. I found USB charging points conveniently located by the bed. The team provided complimentary coffee and cake in the reception area. Breakfast offered hot food and a good selection.
The herbal tea selection was small. More variety would have been appreciated.

The hotel's location is great because key tourist spots are nearby, and the bus stop and metro station are both within a comfortable walking distance. The staff members are courteous and helpful. They also speak English fluently. I really liked the unlimited hot drinks machine. It was a nice perk. The hotel provides a convenient and accessible base for exploring the city.
I noticed the walls seemed a bit thin. I could occasionally hear conversations from the adjacent room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I found the breakfast exceeded my expectations. A lot of items were freshly prepared. The bed was wonderful, and the room was quiet. Everything was clean. The Wi-Fi signal was also strong.
Guests with large suitcases might need to carry them up or down stairs.

The hotel is located a short walk from Gare de Lyon in a busy and well-lit area. The area felt safe. I felt well looked after at all times. It was thoroughly appreciated.
